The TransCare Fund is a ConvenIcare LLC entity that Umbrellas our SHARECARE Membership Tier and is the heart of ConvenIcare’s mission that sponsors and supports our FHAP Program — created to uplift families, children, and individuals in need through compassion, collaboration, and community support.
Through generous donations and partnerships, the Care Fund provides free or reduced-cost assistance to low-income families and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have access to essential childcare, transportation, and family support services.
