Cancellation Policy
You Can Cancel Any Time…
without prior written authorization from you, we reserve the right to cancel your account or membership for any reason at any time.
You have the right to cancel any term, contract or service provided by us with a prior written request. If all debts for services provided are up to date then we will cancel you account with no further action from you and you will be notified by your preferred choice of contact.
Should a balance still be needed your account will remain open until your payments are current.
Cancellation timeframe: You must submit in writing; 72 hours prior to cancellation request
Cancellation fees: $25
Refund process: If deadlines are met, and a membership has been paid, we will issue a refund at our discretion
Exceptions: Circumstances where cancellation might not be possible
