The TransCare Fund is a subsidiary entity of ConvenIcare LLC, it is ran by our Tiered Membership Benefit Program and is the heart of our mission that sponsors and supports our FHAP Program — created to uplift families, children, and individuals in need through compassion, collaboration, and community support.
Through generous donations and partnerships, the Care Fund provides free or reduced-cost assistance to low-income families and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have access to essential childcare, transportation, and family support services.
But our reach extends beyond our own programs — the Care Fund also supports other community resource agencies and initiatives that share our commitment to helping families thrive such as The DIAPER BANK, & UNITED WAY.
Each contribution helps sustain vital programs such as:

🚗 Transportation Assistance – Helping parents and caregivers get their children safely to and from childcare or school.
